2. Returns
You may return any product purchased from Kerryberryco within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:
The product is unworn and in its original condition.
The product is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products marked as "Final Sale."
Products that have been used or altered.
Footwear that is not in its original condition and packaging.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the product.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection is completed. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via Bank Transfer. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your bank issuer's policies.
